Hunger, Obesity and Nutrition: How to Incorporate Environmentally Friendly Gardens to Help End Hunger and Obesity

My Capstone Project is based around the idea that nobody should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. I want to help establish "People's Restaurants", based on how the Brazilian city of Belo Horizonte used these soup-kitchens to help drop the rates of poverty and malnutrition/hunger on the streets. My project touches on the Triple Bottom Line point of Equality.
